  • - Package can begin up to three years prior to wedding date
    - Access to exclusive digital ALE planning, coordinating & design tools
    - Onboarding meeting to go through ALE digital tools
    - Custom Venue & Vendor recommendations
    - Planner pulls all Venue & Vendor proposals & quotes
    - Budget planning assistance
    - Custom gratuity recommendations
    - Custom Mood Board & design guidance
    - Planner is liaison between Client & Vendors throughout entire process
    - Monthly planning meetings to keep everything on track
    - Planner creates custom Timeline & Layout(s)
    - Planner sends final details to and confirms all Vendors
    - Planner orchestrates Ceremony Rehearsal
    - Planner coordinates day-of event including setup and teardown

    - Access to exclusive digital ALE planning, coordinating & design tools
    - Onboarding meeting to go through ALE digital tools
    - Custom Venue & Vendor recommendations
    - Client pulls all Venue & Vendor proposals & quotes
    - Budget planning assistance
    - Custom gratuity recommendations
    - Custom Mood Board & design guidance
    - Client communicates with Vendors until 3 months out when Planner becomes liaison
    - Monthly planning meetings to keep everything on track
    - Planner creates custom Timeline & Layout(s)
    - Planner sends final details to and confirms all Vendors
    - Planner orchestrates Ceremony Rehearsal
    - Planner coordinates day-of event including setup and teardown

For the couple who has planned their event, but needs an experienced coordinator to take the reins three months prior—overseeing every detail for a seamless execution.

  • - Package begins three months prior to wedding date
    - Access to exclusive ALE planning, coordinating and design tools (Client to gain access at time of booking)
    - Onboarding meeting to go through ALE digital tools
    - Client plans and designs wedding
    - All vendors booked by Client no later than three months out
    - Coordinator becomes liaison between Client and Vendors three months out
    - Timeline meeting
    - Final details call
    - Coordinator creates custom Timeline & Layout(s)
    - Coordinator sends final details to and confirms all Vendors
    - Coordinator orchestrates Ceremony Rehearsal
    - Coordinator executes day-of event including setup and teardown

PARTIAL COORDINATION

For the couple who has thoughtfully planned and designed their event, but needs a professional coordinator to step in six weeks prior to guide them through the final coordinating period— to ensure every final detail is expertly managed and your event unfolds smoothly.

    - Access to exclusive ALE planning, coordinating and design tools (Client to gain access at time of booking)
    - Onboarding meeting to go through ALE digital tools
    - Client plans and designs wedding
    - All vendors booked by Client no later than three months out
    - Coordinator becomes liaison between Client and Vendors six weeks out
    - Timeline meeting
    - Final details call
    - Coordinator sends final details to and confirms all Vendors

STEP 1

Fill out the Wedding or Event Form on our Contact Page. We will send over our wedding packages and reach out to schedule a complimentary 15-30 minute consultation call.

STEP 2

After our call we send over our more details to review including our contract.

STEP 3

We begin our onboarding process which starts with a call to go over all planning documents, templates and customized vendor recommendations.
