PARTIAL PLANNING, COORDINATION & DESIGN

FULL COORDINATION
For clients who have laid the groundwork for their event but require a seasoned coordinator to take over three months out—bringing every detail together with precision, professionalism, and seamless execution.

- Coordinator sends final details to and confirms all Vendors

PARTIAL COORDINATION
For the client who has thoughtfully planned and designed their event but needs a professional coordinator to step in six weeks prior—guiding them through the final coordination phase to ensure every detail is expertly managed and the event runs smoothly.
